Market Hours
Forex: The Forex market operates 24 hours a day and five days a week. The forex market starts on Sunday evening and ends on Friday night.
Options: Similarly, the Options market operates 24 hours a day and five days a week. The Options market starts on Sunday evening and ends on Friday night.
OTC market: The OTC market is a unique and trending trading module which was introduced for traders who don’t get any time to trade during office days the OTC market is open 7 days a week 24/ 7.

Best time to trade Olymp Trade Forex
1> London session { 8 A.M to 11 A.M }: This is one of the most active trading sessions known for its high trading volume. This is one of the ideal time to trade Forex due to high trading volume and market activities. Mostly, the big Millionaires and Billionaires trade and invest during the session and that’s why I personally believe this is the best time to place big deals.
2> Sydney session { 10:00 P.M – 7: 00 AM}: This is the first session to open during midnight and continues till the early morning. This session is considered less volatile and stable than the London Session. You can use this spreading session if you love to take safe deals and stable returns.
3> Tokyo session {12:00 A.M to 9:00 A.M}: This session opens just after the Sydney session. The session is considered a little more volatile and has little more activity than the Sydney session and you can use this session for stable return. USD/JPY and EUR/JPY are the ideal assets during this session.
4> Newyork session { 1:00 P.M. to 10: 00 P.M}: This session starts in the afternoon and lasts till the evening. The session is considered the busiest session especially when it overlaps with the London session. Currencies with USD pairs are considered the ideal assets for the same.
What about Options?
Options trading are the trading module where you need to predict if the price of an asset will go up or down within a specified time period.
The best time to trade options are during the New York session and London session as there is high volatility and liquidity.
